The Public Utilities Board (PUB) reminds all customers to report electricity, water and sewerage issues directly to PUB through our Customer Call Centre.
Simply follow these Steps:
– Open your browser/internet
– www.pub.com.ki
– Contact us
– Report Incident
– Complete the online form
– Submit
IMPORTANT: When submitting an incident online, please make sure to pin/show your exact location on the map provided in the form. This helps our team identify your location quickly and send the appropriate assistance as soon as possible.
We have noticed that some customers are reporting PUB-related issues through other channels, including Government Ministries, Members of Parliament and Mayors to name some. While we understand that customers are seeking assistance, this can delay the response because the issue must then be communicated back and forth between the intermediary and PUB before our technical teams can respond.
Why report directly to PUB?
PUB has a dedicated Customer Call Centre whose role is to receive, record, monitor and follow up on customer complaints and service issues.
Other parties may be able to refer your concern to PUB, but PUB’s Customer Call Centre and technical teams are the ones with the capacity, systems and resources to investigate and resolve PUB-related issues.
When you report directly to PUB, you help us respond faster, monitor pending issues more effectively, reduce communication delays and ensure your complaint reaches the right team from the beginning.
Your concern is important to us. Help us help you faster.
