The Public Utilities Board invites applications from potential candidates for a vacancy now existing within the Public Utilities Board.

Position: Stores Clerk

Qualification and Experience:  The person required should have:

  • Should possess a Form VII or Form VI School Certificate or related with at up to two years of relevant experience Stores Clerk role.

 

Personnel Capacity and Attributes

  • Should be fluent in both English and I-Kiribati languages
  • Understanding of PUB accounting and systems.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to achieve business outcomes and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge and ability to understand accounting principles, procedures, NetSuite and Tel stream systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve both individual and workgroup goals.
  • A high level of attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues and consequences and take proactive action.

Salary:  Grade 7.1 in the Public Utilities Board Pay Scale.
